Board of Directors
The management of TCS is vested in the Board of Directors
which consists of seven Executive Directors and a number
of appointed Managing Directors. Our Board of Directors will consist of the first five minutes of the General Meeting during each month that has a General Meeting.
All TCS members are welcome to attend.
At the General Meeting in June of each year, the Executive
Directors are elected by TCS members to be responsible
for specific duties
that ensure the effective operation of the Society.
Their term of office begins on July 1st and continues
through June 30th of the following year.

Managing Directors, appointed by the President upon
approval of the Executive Directors, perform specific
duties that insure the effective operation of
the Society. Their term of office begins upon appointment
and continues through June 30th.

Other Volunteers
The Special Interest Groups
(SIGs) each have Leaders who organize and implement
programs, demonstrations and lectures pertaining to
the focus of the SIG. SIG Leaders are appointed by the
President.
It takes many volunteers to carry out the work which
insures an effective organization. Among these volunteers
are Projects and Operations Managers which perform specific
duties and are appointed by the President to fulfill
specific areas of responsibilities:
